Modern ladle metallurgy requires higher temperatures in order to pour consistently. Shivshakti offers a complete Ladle Pre-Heating System that works in conjunction with your molten metal system.

Shivshakti's new generation burners are designed to achieve extremely low nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, surpassing stringent environmental regulations. These burners incorporate advanced technologies and deliver optimized combustion control to minimize NOx formation while maintaining high thermal efficiency and fuel flexibility.

The Ladle Preheater system operates on different types of fuels like natural gas, Oil, CO Gas, etc. and is available with most flexible and durable system. We can design Burners with capacity 5 MKCal/Hr. burners. Our complete package includes blower, the fuel train includes a single burner for flame safety, temperature control, an ignition transformer, UV flame monitoring, and a thermocouple for high limit.
