Rotary Kiln Burners

Shivshakti Engineering Company is a leading rotary kiln burner manufacturer from India. Our Kiln Burners are tailor-designed to fit different types of rotary kilns applications, taking into account of high and low-grade fuel and ideal for different dry thermal processing conditions. It has been repeatedly verified as a trusted burner manufacturer with superior energy-saving and productivity improvement performance.

Special Features

1.The special designed vortex air channel helps in generating better flame stability and high combustion efficiency with no harm to the kiln’s skin and lining, improving product quality and productivity.

2.The nozzles specially designed with taper and slope design, reducing the wind resistance, and improving the jet strength.

3.The air through the channel guarantee the lowest coefficient of air resistance. Primary air & coal evenly mixed for low coal consumption and reduction in NOx emission.

4.Shivshakti rotary kiln burner offers new concept of angle design 110°, ensure the minimum resistance coefficient. The flame is adjustable by 3 butterfly valves, tailored to fit each specific rotary kiln type.

5.We offer Burners with primary air ≦5.7% ensuring high utilization and low power consumption.

6. Every Shivshakti burners are designed individually according to the process of each kiln and its characteristics.

Our Kiln Burners are capable to use multiple fuels, with variable mix, as:

  • Solid fuels: petcoke, anthracite, lignite, bituminous coal, charcoal, etc.

  • Liquid fuels: light and heavy fuel oil, diesel oil, vegetable oils, etc.

  • Gas fuels: natural gas, lean gas, etc.

  • Liquid waste: solvents, paint waste, water from cleaning oil products tanks, sewage sludge, etc.

  • Solid waste: plastic fluff, sawdust, biomass, used tyres, etc.
